Maybe controversial, but when I get a "bubbly purple potion of restore magic" and a "fizzy potion of restore magic" I get to thinking that maybe they could be generated a bit differently. I don't want to have 3 unique stacks of restore magic potions, it would be much easier if potions were always generated with the same adjective.

The adjectives in front of them are like "decrepit" or "serviceable" for potions. I'm not exactly sure of the order of best to worst, but I do know the highest level potion of healing will give you a couple of extra health points compared to the lowest.

I'm not referring to the condition of the potion, I mean the actual thing that makes the adjective to the potion type.

The adjective is the condition (and items of different condition/quality do not stack). I hear your annoyance but it would be better if the difference in effect was more profound, rather than making all potions generate at the same condition level.
