Scribe UI enhancement: if we've seen or read a scroll, show it next to the name

For example, when I go to use a feather, it will say "Create a scroll of READ ME", but if I've found/read READ ME before, it would be great if it said "(scroll of charging)" or whatever. My runs are too short to pull out a notebook every time and track it manually.
