Hello Daniel,

Welcome back!
I've just tested the latest commit acbc55d.
As already stated in one of https://github.com/GNS3/gns3-converter issues thread, the VLANs are not available after conversion on live nodes (3725).
You can check it out on these labs in the CCNP/SWITCH section below "Jean-Christophe" for instance: https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/thread/43019
