TT-309 Feature Request - Allow Syncing of Single Policy or API

As a company who wants to build a complete CI/CD pipeline, it makes a lot of sense to be able to sync one policy or API, instead of the entire Dashboard environment.

As developers are working in isolation, they should selectively choose which APIs or Policies to dump or pull into VC & other (higher) Tyk environments. This fits with the natural development cycle.

I see the doc is still open, can it be reviewed and merged? It would also be very beneficial to update the README of this repo with the new usage or else the feature remains hidden.

Hey @l3ender - This doc will be reviewed and merged as part of the Tyk-Sync 1.2.0 release which will contain this functionality.
