The problem the component solves

The tool must take an existing mailbag and optionally export one kind of derivative to a directory outside a mailbag. This would be useful for compressed mailbags.

The workflow for WARC exports should also connect with pywb. Maybe this just a script or documentation for wb-manager to add warc files from compressed mailbags?

Might be best to have another another command/class to manage exporting/reporting. Be nice to have a "dry-run" option.
