Great work on your dashboard, everyone! Here is my feedback:

Mechanics: Overall mechanics look great, team members are communicating through issues, using pull requests, and commit messages are informative.

App: The visualizations look great and you’ve included many different interactive components in the app. Everything in the app is functioning well. The heat maps are very effective. Here are a few suggestions:

• The main issue is that on its own, it is not clear what the app is for and how the app should be used. Some text is needed (point form or short sentences) to guide the user in navigating this app.
• Some of the titles for graphs and axes could be more descriptive. One example: Average Satisfaction could be Average Customer Satisfaction.

Reflection: The reflection is well-written and comprehensive in explaining the logic behind your choices with the app and areas of improvement for the future. Feedback from peers/TA and how these were addressed should be more clearly stated.
