When user clicks on confirm phone number and name, show gif to show user that it is being processed.

Some times SMS is not delivered (not working with my Ethiopian number). We can add a message saying, if not received please contact us here (and hyperlink here with our WA number). In the worst case scenario, during the testing phase we can always use the Kapta phone number to receive a notification so the user can log in (with their name but our phone number).
