Slider is not reliable on iOS--help appreciated!

Hi,

I'm new to HA and have dipped my toes in the water with Minimalist and also with Mushroom.

I've found the slider in Minimalist to not be very reliable, whereas I have zero issues with the slider in Mushroom. In Minimalist, many times when trying to adjust the brightness of light, my finger swipes are not 'registered'. Also, sometimes my finger swipes are identified as taps on the body of the card.

I thought I'd ask if anyone else has experienced similar issues? I have attached a video that shows what I'm talking about. I assure you that I am swiping in the right place, and that I definitely do not have any issues like this with Mushroom.
