The focus is visible on the Carousel container itself on the page load in the Edge browser after the 2.16.2 version upgrade

Suspected Regression changes due to #12256

Reproduction steps

1. Log into qacand
2. Click on "People Profile" from the module switcher
3. Go to Benefits -> "Important Links" card
4. Observer that the focus is visible directly on the page load

Expected Behaviour

The focus should not be visible on the Carousel container itself on the page load in the Edge browser

I currently don’t have credentials to access the system, so I’m unable to reproduce the issue in the described environment.
Since the repository is public and sharing credentials there is not allowed, could you please either:

provide an isolated example where the issue is reproducible, or

The visual focus outline is on the carousel page as per the design guidelines. Since the carousel in your system contains only one page it appears as if the visual focus outline is on the carousel itself. The actual focus is on the carousel page as expected. I might also respectfully suggest using another component instead of the ui5-carousel if there is only one page.
