About Page(s)

Request to have an "about" page or pages (depending on length of text we write)). At the very least, a stand-alone "about" page that is more robust than what the current site has. To give a sense of what we're looking for, here are topics I want to include on this about page (or pages):

• general about/ overview of items (like the current page)
• how to navigate and use the site
• digitization selection and prioritization; why users are seeing what they are seeing
• statement on harmful language and reparative description, including how to contact us for more info (more than a link out to current statement)
• statement on accessibility (more than a link out to the Libraries' policy)
