Hi,
I am exploring upbge in live interaction art/music in VR and fulldome contexts.
I would like to know if there is something that could make a play-mode rendering, in EEVEE (or any alternative, if plausible), to project in real-time a fish-eye, double fish-eye, skybox or equirectangular view of a scene. The idea would be to have something like this (https://clicktorelease.com/tools/CubemapToEquirectangular/index-managed.html) in three.js [you will need to 'capture' a frame to see] or my still in development oF addon (https://github.com/zepadovani/ofxEquiMapRender) to render a game in a 360 view.
This may also be potentially interesting, for example, to stream real-time 360 VR videos to YouTube, for example.
