Adding a command option to the bot (!leet), as well as support for daily postings to specific channels, to enable people to generate a random question on popular coding platforms such as LeetCode or Hackerrank. This would allow people to generate new questions to solve and discuss them on the Slack.

Additional functionalities include sorting via difficulty (!leet easy/med/hard) or by topic (!leet tries), if such a topic or difficulty exists.

merged into master, version 2 to come later to expand question offerings.
