It would be ideal to have pre-defined outline/fill color pairs from the TADA Palette that would be used consistently throughout data visualizations.

The work to resolve this issue includes:

determine the best way to incorporate this feature (in existing palette function? create a new function?)
write new code
edit visualization functions to reflect color pairs
