Adapted queries do not work even after the major lemma query has been adapted

When encountering the problem described in issue #290 I adapted the major lemma query, and that worked. Link to the query:

But after having done that the MWE-query and the near miss query still do not work after adaptetaion, probably because they still search in the results of the original major lemma query. I think that this is a bug
