Need the following improvements:

Add a link to deployment details (Add link to deployment details in GHA comment #7)
Support username and password with curl (Support username and password with curl for reusable workflow #4)
Use labels to find the existing deployment id (Tagging and/or other metadata for Previews and other Uffizzi Resources uffizzi_cli#136)
