Create a simulator for an eye signal

For the tests it would be desirable to generate samples, blinks, fixations and saccades. So we should be able to simulate such signal perhaps with a few fixations as input.

We should add some noise to the signal.

This allows for testing on brief fragments with a few saccades and blinks, then we can check whether the result are as we expect and
