Update umbase to 0.1.7 #5

Current version of umbase on GitHub has not been updated to 0.1.7.

That means it's missing some code in StandardProjectSettings.cmake.
(e.g. definition of AssureOutOfSourceBuilds function)
And the conanfile itself is much different (random guess that the props are moved to the custom venv generator)

Could you please update the umbase's source code to match what's been currently within Cura's conan registry?
