When using Compress Parts (rotate) it appears to move the wrong direction, which just amplifies the error
Before compressing, rotated 4° using mechjeb:
using "Compress Parts":
using "Compress Parts (Rotate)"
one of the two ports was placed using KIS, if that matters
save file before compressing, on "Goliath Station": persistent.txt
log file: KSP.txt

Noticed it too, I made a lot of test crafts to try it out lately and wasn't able to see what I've done wrong and this is exactly what happened (thought the problem came from the rotation function in the VAB at first).
When you dock at a 45° angle, you end up at 90° and if docked at 90° you will get 180°.
Seems like there's some minus sign missing somewhere, didn't check the code though.
This bugs me a lot since it makes the function "compress (rotate)" unusable at the moment.
Anyway, great mod !!!
