REQUEST: Toggle under life support button to enable/disable recyclers and hab modules.

With larger or assembled in orbit ships it can be difficult to find every part with a recycler or habitation module on the focused vessel. Maybe some button that would turn these all on or off, or highlight the parts with these modules like clicking on the resource panel say oxidizer will highlight every part that has or can contain oxidizer. Or possibly just a list of all the parts with these modules on the focused vessel and their status (on/off) to make it easier to see at a glance if their all active.
