I am unable to heal Kerbals, who have an expired home-timer and have become Tourists.
The problem is, that the home-timer only grows to a maximum of a few seconds and after a few seconds, the Kerbal reverts back to Tourist status.
I would expect that after Kerbals get healed in MedBay, their home-timer gets larger than just a few seconds, so that they do not need the MedBay continuously.
