Kerbals stranded on surface (rescue contracts) immediately become tourists / MIA / KIA when reaching physics range.

When doing a rescue contract and reaching physics range of a kerbal stranded on the surface in EVA they immediately become a tourist, MIA, or KIA depending on how you have the mod configured. This forces players to have to load a previous save if they have one and disable the EVA life support.
