Valid links failing validation - GitHub internal repository.

Describe the bug
Enterprise repositories can be either 'private' or 'internal' (where internal is the new default).
See: https://docs.github.com/en/enterprise-cloud@latest/repositories/creating-and-managing-repositories/about-repositories#about-internal-repositories

Any links to internal repositories or files in the repository fail to validate and return 404.
Links to private repositories in the same organisation validate successfully.

To Reproduce
Link to an 'internal' repository file.

Expected behavior
Valid links in internal and private repositories to be validated successfully.

My config file does not limit to changed files and has no replacement patterns.
