it wants a name (will accept any name) and a password. If I try all the passwords I have/know it seems to do nothing. Doing an ls -a does not show any file having been copied (cloned). So, I don't even get to do the chmod command. I've tried other paths that others have used with same results (i.e. replacing goodtft with Waveshare). The goodtft path was supplied on the CD that came with the LCD display. It seems everyone uses a similar path, based on the manufacturer of the display, but I do not understand the name & password part, ya know - who, what, when, where, how, and why.
p.s. I'm disappointed with OctoPrint as I thought the controls would similar to Ponterface. I once saw my model loaded in OctoPrint, but I've never seen the Load button again. I know, this is a separate discussion, sorry - just venting at all these delays.

Hello all,
I wish I knew enough to help others but... one crawls before walking... I'll be there some day... and I'm stumped now...
OctoPrint & OctoDash both installed ok. However, the drivers for these touch screens are on GitHub and when I enter:
git clone https://github.com/goodtft/LCD-show.git
