給社群討論議題的地方要在 GitHub Disscusion 還是 Discord？

先等社群需求出來再開始討論，暫緩

在之後或許會有想讓 UniCourse 更好的人提出一些新想法，比如前些時間 @uier 提出的 Knowledge Graph。如果日後有相關的建議，或是 bug report，應該要使用 GitHub Discussion 作為管理平台，還是在 Discord 上創立 Fourm 頻道呢？ @DWyatb @antingchao

我跟可菡傾向在 Discord 上創立 Fourm 頻道
因為較好管理、可能較多人有 Discord 帳號
