parallel zstd no working? #3004

I cannot get zstd working with parallel I/O. Yet I know this used to work.

I have tried several different ways, but it doesn't work for me. I continue to investigate. This certainly needs to be cleared up before the release!

OK, after a frustrating week of not getting it working, I posted this issue and then got it working in 20 minutes.

Which just goes to show the value of posting issues! ;-)
