Support for Detecting False-Optional and Core Features

Currently, only dead features are automatically detected. It would also be interesting to detect (and mark) false-optional and core features.
A false-optional feature needs to be always included if its parent is included but is wrongfully modeled as optional in the hierarchy.
A core feature is part of every single valid configuration.
