React class -> Functional (hooks)
react-localize-redux -> i18next
Enzyme frontend being unit tested -> Playwright E2E tests
Postgres 10 -> Postgres 15
Add separate disa_test_db for testing on fresh db
Frontend works on node 16
Backend works on node 16
Add tests for Instance
