Toggle Mouseover for All Targetable Beneficial Actions

Just wanna start by saying I love this plugin and your other plugins too. They've truly elevated my time in FF.

That being said, I was wondering if we could have a toggle that enabled UI/Field mouseovers for everything beneficial that can be targeted on others.

I rely pretty heavily on mouseovers regardless of what job I'm playing. e.g. Heart of Corundum, Enkindle Phoenix, Left Eye, basically everything in a healers kit etc...

At the moment I have one big stack with basically every beneficial ability I can throw onto others. Even non job specific ones like Lost Actions in STQ areas.

I love the ability to be super granular with my settings, but it's a bit tedious to setup again if I ever lost my config for whatever reason.
