SI: Edit title does not work on URL types

Describe the bug

If the page type is URL, then the edit title feature throws an error.  

Software Versions

• DNN: 09.10.02
• Module: 01.00.02

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new page with a URL for the page type
2. Use the module to change the page title
3. You will get an error message.

Expected behavior

Change page title for all pages.

Actual Behavior

This does not work for pages that have a URL page type. I have not tested on other page types.
