corrupted decoding latest version

This is using the attached setup, with python -m SimpleHTTPServer and localhost:8000/index2.html
There are no messages in console, and it happens every time over safari, firefox and chrome.
The test site here however, works fine on all three browsers
The flif file itself is also fine, or at least it displays properly in phew
