Don't list dependencies twice. GNOME is maybe obvious, but can be its own section because it *is* pretty important... Link to lm_sensors official Linux wiki too. udisks2 is the default in Freon, so list it before hddtemp.
I don't see any recent reports of "hardware damage" from running the `sensors` command, not in several years, and the lm_sensors project never documented specific risk factors, so I'm thinking maybe this isn't so much a problem anymore.
