Potential race condition in the updating of the custom test list

I suspect there might be a potential race condition in the downloading of the custom test list: https://github.com/VEinteligente/PiProbe/blob/main/roles/easy-conf/files/setup-file.sh#L29.

For example if a user schedules the custom list run at the same time as the test list download at 16:00, then there is the risk that the command will run on a partially downloaded test list.
