Postgres Container

Spins up a Postgres instance containing 2 databases, one for the query service and one for the report service.

Environment

Base Image Requirements

POSTGRES_ROOT_USER

Postgres root user username.

POSTGRES_ROOT_PASS

Postgres root user password.

MBlast Specifics

QUERY_SERVICE_PG_USER

Username for the postgres user that will be used by the query service to access its own database in the postgres instance.

QUERY_SERVICE_PG_PASS

Password for the postgres user that will be used by the query service to access its won database in the postgres instance.

QUERY_SERVICE_PG_DB_NAME

Name of the postgres database that will be used by the query service.

REPORT_SERVICE_PG_USER

Username for the postgres user that will be used by the report service to access its own database in the postgres instance.

REPORT_SERVICE_PG_PASS

Password for the postgres user that will be used by the report service to access its own database in the postgres instance.

REPORT_SERVICE_PG_DB_NAME

Name of the postgres database that will be used by the report service.
