mock -

Should each app make a mock of its own types? It also needs a mock of its own inputs.

Decoder:

What would it be to make a mock stim presentation doc?
Need mock stimulus element
Need mock epoch with given stimulus parameters

How do generate responses?

Responses depend upon the stimulus

So the mock generator would need to know about the stimulus types generated
