配置信息：
EMAIL_HOST="smtp.163.com" # smtp host
EMAIL_PORT="465" # smtp port
FROM_EMAIL="****@163.com" # 发件人
EMAIL_HOST_USER="*****@163.com" # email user, 如为匿名发送，将值设为空字符即可
EMAIL_HOST_PASSWORD="****WDEIEF" # email password, 如为匿名发送，将值设为空字符即可
EMAIL_USE_TLS="True" # 与SMTP服务器通信时是否使用TLS（安全）连接, 可选True/False
EMAIL_USE_SSL="True" # 与SMTP服务器通信时是否使用SSL（安全）连接, 可选True/False

EMAIL_HOST_PASSWORD 填写的是，授权码。

但是目前在阿里云，改成465 也无法发送邮件。

老师，帮忙看看具体问题，我也在安全组中加入了465端口。

邮件可以参考Django的邮件发送，用这个文档里面的方法试试，文档里的可以了，Github Monitor照着配置就行
