Hi, AFAIK the scanning device (onboard WLAN Interface) is hopping through the channels to receive all WLAN AP Beacons. That leads to unrecognised beacons on the other channels while listening on the current one.
Is there a possibility to lock the device on a specific channel to get more accurate results / all the beacons on this channel?
Like the --channel flag on aerodump-ng does? By default, airodump-ng hop on 2.4GHz channels. You can make it capture on other/specific channel(s) by using: [...] --channel <channels> : Capture on specific channels
Primary use case is to localize a specific AP more accurately.
Thanks
