Describe the bug
hjkl keys as arrow keys in intellisense contextual menu do not work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Visual Studio Code
Click some code which trigger intellisense
The intellisense contextual menu is opened
Error: hjkl keys do not work within intellisense contextual menu, user needs to use the standard arrow keys

Expected behavior
Users with vscodevim enabled should be able to navigate the intellisense contextual menu using hjkl keys.

Environment (please complete the following information):

Extension Name: vim
Extension Version: 0.15.6
OS Version: Darwin x64 17.6.0
VSCode version: 1.25.1
