Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When we select multiple cursors in Visual Mode, and press <Shift-i> or <Shift-a> the cursor just goes editing only the original cursor.

Example:

Visual Mode + <Cmd-d> select multiple words
vm-cmd-d

<Shift-i> edit only the original cursor, but is expected to edit all
shift-i

Describe the solution you'd like
Insert the cursor at the beginning of all selected words.

shift-i-all
