Describe the bug

  ERR ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'd:\tools\ide\VSCode\data\user-data\User\globalStorage\vscodevim.vim\.registers': Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'd:\tools\ide\VSCode\data\user-data\User\globalStorage\vscodevim.vim\.registers'

To Reproduce

Open vscode devtool.

Expected behavior
Have no error.
