🐛 Bug - Popular Themes Endlessly Loading #1221

Describe the bug
The popular theme catalogue is stuck displaying "Loading..." Searching for themes doesn't work either.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'User Settings'
Click on 'Themes'
Scroll down to 'Popular Themes:'
See error

Expected behavior
Popular and searched themes will be displayed, instead of endlessly loading.

System Information:

OS: Windows 11
Valour Version 0.3.5.91 Alpha
Valour Platform: Desktop PWA (Microsoft Edge)

Additional context
I am able to access my own published themes.
