Unable to Include ValidateAntiForgeryToken when using with ASP.NET MVC #42

I have been trying to use this uploader and also made use of the ValidateAntiForgeryToken attribute on my Upload action.

I tried including the token by editing the _createForm function in the source code but have so far failed to get this functionality working.
