Ranked Queue Token Party Usage

I suggest to make your tokens to be spent, when you are playing with your friend, who has no tokens.
E.g. You have 2 tokens and your friend have 0, to start Ranked Queue, it will spend your ranked queue 2 tokens instead. And you'll be able to play the game, instead forcing party to play hardsupport/carry, to be able to play the game.
