TURBO NEEDS TO CHANGE ALONG WITH CHAT BLOCKS

Turbo needs to have a ranking system as people queue in Turbo wherein they think it's easy but it's actually harder than normal or ranked matches. People need to understand it's for Advanced Players like Ability Draft as stated in the game description. Too many noobs thinking Turbo is where they'll learn but it isn't, that's why there's Normal and Ranked to queue them with players of the same skill level as theirs.

The matchmaking for Turbo is also bullshit NGL, 19 out of 20 games I kept getting matched with NOOB teammates while against Advanced Players. THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE AS IT'S ANNOYING to try to carry a team of noobs while being a support as you do not know if they're good or bad once in game.

Having a Ranked Matching system makes the game more fun than getting matched with noob teammates vs Advanced Players as it becomes a one sided battle and you're just hoping your enemies will end the game faster instead of prolonging the agony. Turbo should not be a place to practice heroes you don't know how to use as it's very different in the normal or ranked matches wherein you can take your time to properly learn, while in Turbo, it's a fast paced game wherein the player SHOULD know how to use their heroes. You would understand if you played a game in Turbo where you are teamed up with a Wraith King holding unto 8k gold while the team gets slaughtered only to buy a level 5 Dagon with his money. I mean, seriously?!

As for the chat blocks, it's annoying as it is when you get chat blocked when you are trying to help your team by telling the noob what to do, but does it help? NOPE, the idiots report you for toxic chat because they suck and are a baby, hence you get muted the entire game.

Another thing for the chat is that it's annoying when you're trying to convey things in chat that it has a 50/50 chance to NOT get entered. You can spam b, b, b, b, b so many times but if you chat in a sentence, it sometimes doesn't get through and you end up having to type it all over again. I mean the first time this happened after the patch months ago was the time that things started to get annoying and we can't do anything about it due to your system's chat blocks. REVERT IT BACK TO HOW IT WAS! Some improvements aren't really improvements. It's like you're taking one step forward only to move back 2 steps.

These are the top 2 things you need to address:

1. Add a Ranked Matchmaking for Turbo
2. Revert back the old chat

PS: You should really have new accounts or players or returning players who haven't played in a month or two to go through AI MANDATORY! It's annoying as it is to get matched with noobs let alone new players or returning players who have lost their skills.
