I went to a party with my friend. It was a great day. Nothing foreshadowed trouble. The Internet was stable. I go into this Dota with my friend. I wait for the game (about 7 minutes), I accept it. At the connection stage (where there is a black screen with the colors of the players and the list of heroes for the pick that has not yet loaded) everything freezes for me. It gives me a ban for 3 minutes 30 seconds. Then I re-enter the game, again wait about 8 minutes for a simple acceptance of the game, I accept it. Everything has already loaded (including the heroes) my teammates begin to pick heroes. I (as a midder) decide to look at the meta heroes on the Dotabuff website. Having made my calculations, I return to the game (I minimized it with alt + tab) and eventually I see that the game has frozen. I can’t choose my hero, the money is withdrawn, this continues for some time. As a result, the game does not start, I re-enter Dota, and I see that I have a ban for 30 minutes. I ask you to sort out this problem and RESTORE my INTEGRITY (if they take it away), and also if they give me low priority - remove it. I VERY SORRY about the wasted time. Especially my order (I have little of it anyway). I will not be able to find out the match ID, since it is not on Dotabuff.
