Rubick steals Dragon Knight ult together with Fireball #4

Rubick always steals Elder Dragon Form with Fireball. Fireball is not active untill one of them buys aghanim shard

More details:
If Rubick steals Elder Dragon Form, he also gets Fireball.
If neither Rubick nor DK had shard, Fireball can't be activated.
If DK had shard when Elder Dragon Form was stolen, it can be.
If Rubick gains or already had shard, it can be.
If Rubick steals Fireball, he just gets Fireball, regardless of whether he has shard.
