https://store.steampowered.com/oldnews/8255, so basically abilities that have a long cast animation, and give time to enemies to react to it, they don't use the reduced .15 cast time. This is intended, as to have this behavior abilities need to have this flag "DOTA_ABILITY_BEHAVIOR_NORMAL_WHEN_STOLEN" added to them manually. |
