Hi @Rapakiv, can you please check for me if the game uses .wmv files for its videos?

Your Proton log mentions WMVCore.dll, so I'm thinking the game uses .wmv files for the videos:

31147.180:0026:0027:trace:module:load_dll looking for L"WMVCore.DLL" in L"Z:\home\nunoe\.local\share\Steam\steamapps\common\Ride 2;C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam;C:\windows\system32;C:\windows\system;C:\windows;.;C:\windows\system32;C:\windows;C:\windows\system32\wbem"

.wmv file playback is not yet supported on Proton, but it's tracked on a issue I opened. Before I add your game to the list, I'll need confirmation on what the game uses for its video files.

Hi @Rapakiv,
Thank for looking into this. So it uses mp4 files.

I'm not sure if mp4 files would playback when .wmv file playback support is added. So I'm not adding this game to the list of games that would benefit from .wmv file playback.

I can confirm that workaround works for Ride 2.
