Game freezes when you press TAB, ESC, open console in the game. (Windows 10/11)

RTX 4070 (driver version 560.94 for 21 October 2024)
32gb RAM
Windows 11 (for 21 October 2024)

When I play and press TAB (scoreboard), the game freezes for half a second, this happens every round at every game mode, casual, deathmatch, even Faceit.
I also noticed that this happens when you open the buy menu (press B) at the round start or pressing ESC, or open console, the game freezes when I interact with any of the game menus.
This has definitely not happened before, has anyone have this problem recently? I think it's happen after the Armory update.

Yes, I tried to clear shader cache, reinstalling windows from win10 to win11 (on both operating systems the game freezes), I updated all drivers, updated my chipset driver for newer, I tried several different video card drivers, reinstalled game, I have tried absolutely everything. Changed various settings in the game, changed screen resolutions in the game, disabled animated avatars in the game, disabled the steam overlay.
CPU and GPU temperatures are OK, checked with Afterburner during gameplay.
