Feat: Add a Rate Us option

Hello, my name is A.A.D.Sailaja. I am a Tech Enthusiastic and i'm looking forward to contribute in open source projects. Here in this project i would like to add a rate us option it will allow the user to rate our website and also he can suggest us to improve if any

on Navbar i will add a rateus option so when user click on it he will head there we will ask him to rate our website as you can see in the screenshot he will give us star rating and also some feedback and when user click on submit button we will add a toastify message saying "Thanks for your Rating"

So we will store this data in the db?
So you will tweak the db as well or just the UI?
