现在导入/导出有个问题就是，一导入进来就全部清空，不好。
应该设计成可选的导入、可选的导出。并且导入并不会清空当前配置，而是追加进新内容进来。

如果设计成追加内容进来，这里的程序设计有个需要处理的是 ID 重复的问题，不要忽略它
